Koupali\u0161t\u011b D\u017eb\u00e1n, utopen\u00e9 v&nbsp;divok\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b, je skute\u010dnou o\u00e1zou uprost\u0159ed m\u011bsta. M\u00edsto, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed tepaj\u00edc\u00ed srdce Prahy 6 zejm\u00e9na v&nbsp;parn\u00fdch letn\u00edch dnech, kdy nab\u00edz\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00fd odpo\u010dinek v&nbsp;n\u00e1ru\u010di stinn\u00fdch strom\u016f a&nbsp;modr\u00e9 hladiny vody. Koupali\u0161t\u011b D\u017eb\u00e1n a&nbsp;jeho okol\u00ed jsou opravdov\u00fdm klenotem Prahy 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osud D\u017eb\u00e1nu je ov\u0161em ve velk\u00e9m ohro\u017een\u00ed. Hroz\u00ed, \u017ee pozemky, na kter\u00fdch stoj\u00ed, se rozpadnou na st\u0159epy, kter\u00e9 budou rozebr\u00e1ny a&nbsp;zastav\u011bny soukrom\u00fdmi vlastn\u00edky, a&nbsp;tato n\u00e1dhern\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed lokalita bude nav\u017edy ztracena. A&nbsp;to p\u0159esto, \u017ee Ministerstvo financ\u00ed a&nbsp;hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha uzav\u0159eli memorandum, kter\u00e9 zaru\u010dovalo, \u017ee tyto pozemky z\u00edsk\u00e1 bez\u00faplatn\u011b m\u011bsto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na cel\u00fd proces m\u011bli dohl\u00ed\u017eet pra\u017e\u0161t\u00ed zastupitel\u00e9 za ODS. K&nbsp;tomu ale nedo\u0161lo. Tito \u010deln\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 ODS se m\u011bli postarat, aby Praha z\u00edskala maximum majetku z&nbsp;likvidovan\u00fdch st\u00e1tn\u00edch podnik\u016f na sv\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed. Nam\u00edsto toho nechali jedny z&nbsp;nejcenn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch pozemk\u016f prodat firm\u011b sv\u00fdch spolustran\u00edk\u016f v&nbsp;da\u0148ov\u00e9m r\u00e1ji. Zhruba rok po&nbsp;podpisu memoranda tehdej\u0161\u00ed likvid\u00e1tor st\u00e1tn\u00edho podniku Pra\u017esk\u00e9 kanalizace a&nbsp;vodn\u00ed toky vyhl\u00e1sil z\u00e1m\u011br prodat pozemky kolem koupali\u0161t\u011b D\u017eb\u00e1n v&nbsp;dra\u017eb\u011b. Nikdo ze zastupitel\u016f dra\u017ebu nezastavil, ani v&nbsp;n\u00ed nekoupil pozemky jm\u00e9nem m\u011bsta. Obl\u00edben\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed koupali\u0161t\u011b a&nbsp;obrovsk\u00e1 plocha kolem n\u011bj p\u0159e\u0161ly za vyvol\u00e1vac\u00ed cenu do soukrom\u00fdch rukou (dra\u017eby se z\u00fa\u010dastnil jedin\u00fd subjekt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dne\u0161n\u00edm spolumajitelem pozemk\u016f, kter\u00e9 koupil jako nezastaviteln\u00e9, je b\u00fdval\u00fd vrcholn\u00fd mana\u017eer \u010cEZ a&nbsp;vlivn\u00fd \u010dlen ODS Vladim\u00edr Schmalz, doned\u00e1vna \u010dlen magistr\u00e1tn\u00edho v\u00fdboru pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed za ODS. PRAHA SOB\u011a proto na zastupitelstvu hl. m. Prahy tento skand\u00e1ln\u00ed postup odhalila a&nbsp;\u017e\u00e1dala o&nbsp;napraven\u00ed cel\u00e9 situace. V&nbsp;prvn\u00edm kroku to znamenalo nepodpo\u0159it sv\u00fdmi hlasy zm\u011bnu \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00e1 by takovou transakci umo\u017enila. Dokud v\u0161ak nebudou pozemky p\u0159evedeny do majetku m\u011bsta a&nbsp;nebude zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee ani v&nbsp;budoucnu nebudou rozprod\u00e1ny, hroz\u00ed, \u017ee tato n\u00e1dhern\u00e1 lokalita bude pro Pra\u017eany nav\u017edy ztracena.
